Who we are
Marissa Thereze is a knitwear designer based in West Wales.
Her current work is an exploration of colour combining surplus yarns from Industry with her own Pembrokeshire Alpaca. Popular with both men and women her textiles remain wardrobe staples which transcend trends with a particular focus on quality and bold colour pallets. Accessories include snoods, scarves, neckerchiefs, wrist warmers, ponchos, hot water bottle covers and jumpers. All items are made on Marissa’s vintage domestic Knitting Machines.
She studied at Bath Spa University before working for the Visual Artist, Latifa Medjdoub in San Francisco and with Dr Amy Twigger Holroyd for her knitwear label, Keep & Share. She then went on to become the Operational Manager of The Craft Gallery - Old Mayors Parlour in Hereford where she curated exhibitions for over a decade whilst continuing to build her own knitwear brand.
